How safe are you on the road? NOT! I've been driving truck going on

ten years, not long compared to many drivers but they don't have the

balls or brain to do anything about government screwing them in favor

of corporate un-America. OIL companies!

One man died driving for a company I used to lease to. At 29 years of

age he left behind three kids & a wife expecting the forth. I'll write the

Federal Motor Carriers & include the letter. Will they investigate?

The DOT & Feds already investigated once & found nothing.

This driver, according to others who seen & talked to him at Nampa, ID.,

loaded & left Nampa, drove to Ellensburg, WA., & was returning. He may

 have been returning to Emmett where he lived but he may have driven

 from Emmett to Nampa before leaving for Ellensburg.

The reality is, Ellensburg WA. is 380 miles from Nampa, ID., according to

Map quest, 5 hrs. & 49 minutes drive. Commercial trucks have to drive 55

in Oregon verses 65 for car. If you add drive time from Emmett, ID., he drove

another 35 or 40 miles. There is no way he could have driven to Ellensburg &

back in the 11 hours DOT regulations allow!

What kind of investigation does the DOT or Federal Motor Carriers do? You can't

swing a dead cat without hitting a truck driver breaking regulations! I'll show how

it's done & I'll show how it is continuing at the same carrier where this guy worked &

died!

Falsifying log books.

How to do it & why does it continue when it is so easy to solve?

GPS! Why does the Federal Motor Carrier & DOT continue on a failing

course? They're government! Your government, you pay, & you might

be the next to die in an avoidable accident.

Why am I doing this?

Look at the home page, the company I worked for sent out a letter

asking for info. into theft, fraud, & waste with retaliation mentioned,

call if it happens. I called the 800#, was retaliated against, called, was

left to hang so I fought back & then fired. OSHA/ Dept of labor wouldn't

do a damn thing so I have to fight back again. I'm send a letter to the

President, chewing his ass! If the idiot won't do his job he can resign!

I called the Federal Motor Carriers/DOT, they did an audit, allowed

the company months to get within compliance, they were not at the

time I called. The DOT/Federal Motor Carriers didn't investigate what

I reported, {dates & records of violations, falsified logs & driver vehicle

inspection reports} & allowed the company to pass with a satisfactory

rating. Satisfactory, the highest rating given yet the company sent out a

memo stating they passed with flying colors! When I later asked the Feds.

they said, "they allow 10% in violations?!" Had the investigation been

done on just the plant I reported it would have hit the 10%, the Feds.

did an investigation over several states & plants involving several drivers.

Next I bought a truck & trailer, leased to an outfit that promoted bullshit

like logbook violations. Do they do it outwardly? NO! They give you

deadlines & destinations you can't meet. When I never went along with

log book violations & his 15% wasn't all he expected he gave me loads

that didn't pay as much as drivers willing to falsify logs would get. I

spent the entire month of July, o6 going to Montana & coming back

empty because Montana isn't as easy to get back hauls out of. I quit,

got my own authority but now I can't get enough loads out of the plant

where I was hauling out of while working with the idiot who jacked

me around because his drivers are falsifying logs. Getting back for

a second & third load because they rewrite logs.

He's going to be in for a little surprise. First I'll have to call dealers &

offer a lower freight rate & steal his loads. I don't want to but

what choice do I have? Second I'll refer to this & a letter to the

White House. If the President who doesn't give a damn

about Americans dying in his war based on lies doesn't understand

I'll clue the jerk in! Get a GPS in every truck on the road & quit failing.

The Federal Motor Carriers & DOT know what is happening but don't

do squat!

What about Homeland Security? The Federal Motor Carriers must not

be included. Give me a break.

Loose leaf log books! Simple as that, write it, tear it up, rewrite it

as needed.  Below is a copy of loose leaf logs, Written, then rewritten to

serve needs, & the next day rewritten again if needed.

I'll show you how it's done & I'll include a letter to the White House

which will in turn do absolutely nothing in response. That's your

employees working for you!

Log book examples above are just an example. A log for the same day, rewritten to make more $!

1st log: Let's say a driver gets up early & does his inspection which has to be logged, 15 minutes.

Does he really do it? Second he drives to Nampa, ID. from Boise, 12 miles, in 15 minutes, ok, legal.

Second log shows 1 hour to load. RED FLAG! Sorry it didn't happen in 1 hour. Look at the first log, if he

filled one out to start with? More times than not it takes at least 3 hours to load at this plant!

The logs above are real, semi real. One of the guys I know who drives for a carrier I used to lease to ran

a log resembling these. The 29 year old guy I wrote about earlier, on the home page, wrecked & died

leaving three kids & a wife expecting drove for this same carrier!

At the end of the day, 12:00 midnight you see the port of entry. He was inspected by the DOT

but they had no way of knowing when he really started. He ran over eighteen hours!

Fourteen is legal limit with 11 driving hours!

This guy actually worked until approximately 1:00 AM the following morning. After the inspection which was

useless he dove another 30 minutes & had to shut down, add another 15 minutes. That's 6:30 AM until

1:00 AM the next day!

Look to the left, I've explained it as he told me. He also said they never bothered to look seven days back

on his logs. The reality is he has been doing this all year long!  This guy is a convicted felon, a meth cook

who spent a few years in the dept. of corrections! Homeland security???? You bet!!!!

The reality is he didn't go to work at 11:00 AM on the first day, he

went at possibly 6:30 AM as the second day indicates but he logged

11:00 so he could get to his destination the first day. The first day he

was at Nampa for 3, 4, maybe even 5 hours & drove way past legal

hours by time he got to Grand Junction, Co.  according to DOT regulations.

Hard to understand? Use some imagination. He needed

to manipulate the log because he wasted so much time in Nampa, ID.

because he had no control over how long it took to load. Logs are

rewritten all the time, sometimes by drivers who have the guts to

drive through weigh stations hoping they won't get called in.

If he had logged in at 6:30 AM he would have had to go off duty in

fourteen hours, couldn't have made it to Grand junction, CO. or where ever.

Now the second day he'll rewrite again to suit his needs. He may

rewrite back through the first & the second day so he can get to his

destination on time, within legal hours according to regulations, on

that day.

There is a good chance he falsified logs the next day also. He was up early the

second day & unloaded before his ten hours off! Was off at 1:00 AM so he couldn't

legally start until 11:00 AM the next day. Chances are he was unloaded before

eleven the next morning. He waited no doubt to cross the port of entry going back

to Utah as they inspected him the night before.

But now realize he is going to pick up cars in Salt Lake City at the Selland Auto

Transport Yard. No problem, until he has to unload two cars in Twin Falls, ID. &

one in Mountain Home, ID. & then return to Boise, ID. He tells me he'll be home

around midnight or 1:00 AM. The Westbound Port of Entry coming into Boise is

usually closed that time of night & he'll slip past. In reality he's worked from

approximately 9:00 AM to 1:00 AM the second day. Approximately 16 hours the

second day after an eighteen hour day the first day! That's 6 hours over legal

hours hours in just two days! He's done this all year, sleeping in the back seat of

his one ton Dodge dually most nights!

Why don't I call the Federal Motor Carriers? I'd be the one they investigate & they

would no doubt fail if they did investigate the carrier & driver I report. I may have to

call the Fed.s anyway because drivers for this carrier are getting back for three or

more loads a week when I'm lucky to get one or two because I run legally!

By the end of the week he may have rewritten his log everyday! In

reality he was legally able to work 70 hours but worked 80 or

90 because  he rewrote his logs. He may have had as little as 4

hours of sleep a day when regulations require 10 hours off & 34

hours to reset a log book after 70 hours. Some drivers are two or

three states away from where they can legally be, run two or more log books!

Feel better about driving next to that big rig?

It's easy to track if the government had a half ounce of brains.

Some weigh stations are closed at night, others can be driven

around. There are too many trucks to keep track of & in the next

few years there will be million more. By 2016 there is predicted to

be one million more truck on the road. GPS, if government doesn't

implement GPS systems in every truck on the road it will contribute

to the next 9/11!

Below is contact information for the Federal Motor Carriers. How many people who

read this are willing to call or mail in response to truckers violating regulations? How

many Americans are willing to step up & put an end to drivers falsifying logs while

putting you at risk. How many Americans have the stones to make the Federal Motor

Carriers do their job?

OK, don't call. Before deciding look at the picture below the contact information.

A truck I came up on one night, look closely. The overpass pillar is in the driver's

seat! This guy fell asleep I think, ran into the overpass. It could have been you,

your wife, or kid. Still don't have it in you to call? Kind of like sending your 18 year

old son or daughter to Iraq, isn't it. Not too damn smart!

While it's not easy to see the following wire harness installed on my truck had the wires skinned, just below

the connector. Look closely at the white & green wires about three inches down just above the leaf.  I was

blowing fuses until I found this & took it back to the guy who installed it. This particular shop put in my

fifth wheel & this electrical harness. While he admitted it looked as though it was done during installation

he was reluctant. This is a common problem in the trucking industry, incompetence! As with my supervisors

at Darigold who weren't qualified to do the job they were hired to do. The DOT & Federal Motor Carriers

don't have a clue & it is costing innocent people their lives, everyday. If you contact the Federal Motor

Carriers or DOT they do a poor job at best of investigating. If you report a corporation they let them

off all together as they did with Darigold when I reported them for log book & Safety inspection violations.

This wire harness may seem of little significance but there are millions of trucks on the road & the outfit

that installed this harness does enough work on fifth wheel & wire harnesses to you! There are going to be

thousands more trucks on the road in the next few years & the Federal Motor Carriers & DOT don't have a

handle on the road today! The infrastructure isn't in place to handle thousands more trucks & there aren't

enough officers to police them all. Homeland Security is nowhere near capable f handling the mess we have

let alone what we'll have in a few years. Terrorists could very easily positions several trucks across

America to set US back as they did with 9/11!  The warning were out before 9/11 & they're out

now!

Below is a picture of a truck the wire harness above would be installed in, hot shots. There are thousands

of these trucks on the roads, many which don't even stop at the scales. Every state has different regulations,

but they all require commercial vehicles to meet certain requirements. As mentioned above, many drivers

manipulate log books to run 16, 18 hours a day. Many of these guys either don't have DOT & MC #s on

their trucks or use magnets which can be taken off. Some claim the cars they haul are their property

from the time they pick them up to the time they deliver. There are thousands of ways to beat the

system & they are doing it.

The American people are easily swayed with speeches by politicians. A good Science fiction movie has a

great writer no differently than a president does a speech writer. Although unbelievable both the

Why can't a taxpayer-citizen call a representative or report a crime with the expectation of results?

Whistle blowers, Americans who feel they are doing their civil duty are beaten down by the people we pay to do the job those same whistle blowers are paid to do. Americans who go out of their way, out on a limb to stop crime, corporate fraud, or save the taxpayer $ are made examples of. Better off keeping your mouth shut. Is that the democracy we're fighting and dying for in Iraq?

A recent pentagon report suggest dual wars have stretched the Army to a breaking point. Rumsfeld disagrees. Is it any wonder? If I were failing as Bush and company I would cover my butt with lies and excuses also. Claiming the army is battle hardened rather than at a breaking point is the only explanation possible. Where were Rumsfeld and Bush pre 9/11?

My question to Rummy. How many lives, including 9/11 victims does it takes to become battle ready and why under Bush's watch was America and this battle hardened military NOT ready? Reading books while 911 happened with children of higher intellect than Bush himself says little for no child left behind. Does it Mr. President, take notes if you can't keep up. Recess isn't until after the next 9/11!

Making it all more interesting is old news making the paper again, how many years have you heard this one? Pentagon accused of wasteful spending. Two deep fat fryers $5,501, 187% more than other agencies spent.  $1,781 waffle iron, 172% more than other agencies pay. $915 meat slicer, 49% more than other agencies spent.  $1,025 toaster, 30% more than other agencies spent. $1,033 popcorn  machine, 34% more than other agencies spent.  What happened to that $1,000 hammer we used to hear about? A retired Army Reserve Officer. Paul Fellencher provided a four page spreadsheet showing 135 cases of higher prices, dismissed by the Defense Department without checking with him. $200 million in wasteful spending while Americans are dying in Iraq!

Did someone you know die in Iraq? For all the wrong reasons! A prime vendor program the Defense Department touts as one of it's "best practices?" In this taxpayer's opinion, if that is one of the best practices we're in a heap of shit! Bussshit! No BULL, Bushshit.

How can we believe Bush, Cheney, Rumsfeld, Rice, or any of our elected officials? How can any other nation believe in democracy? What good is the word of America? Why wouldn't Iran or North Korea feel the need for nuclear weapons? They aren't stupid enough to listen to the lies the American taxpayer is dying to hear! You have to know Bush, Rumsfeld, or who ever in position of responsibility and accountability would make up any lies the American people are willing to buy, literally, to cover this waste also.

Another whistleblower, another excuse. How can we believe anything our representatives tell US? It's in the news everyday, insider trading, campaign finance violations, war based on lies, CIA leaks, & where does it end?

Un-American corporations & mis-representaion

Should I call my representatives with any expectation of representation? The time has come to realize I might be better served to call the corporate office of the corporation which contributed to the campaign of my representation. Should 50,000 Americans direct their calls to the top corporations in America, the corporations which have purchased my representation for pennies on the dollar? Not even! You also paid for the campaign contributions as it can be factored into the profits these un-America corporations manage through those campaign contributions. In fact the American taxpayer is paying the CEOs of these corporations in that they make millions a year. We pay the salary lobbyist enjoy while they manipulate our representatives into tax cuts and incentives we as individuals absorb. That is how much money these un-American allies to terrorist make on the $ they invest in the destruction of America!

Would those corporations accept the roll of representation? We could eliminate our representatives all together, they're only a middleman. If you added up all the pay, health care costs, retirement, and everything we provide, eliminate it all as we're not being represented, how much would we save? Better yet, take on the responsibility yourself! Do it online, right here. Are you afraid? Evidently, too insecure to manage your own lives, your own government, your employees. You let your loved ones go to war sacrificing life and limb rather than stand up to a corrupt government. Doesn't say much for democracy.

Corporations and businesses who beg for tax cuts and incentives take advantage of illegal immigrants in low wages and poor working conditions while the American taxpayer once again absorbs the costs of education through higher property taxes evaded by corporate and health care costs on the rise due to the same interference. Lack of responsibility by corporate and our mis-representatives.

We can't continue to take from the middle class to support the poor promoted by our mis-representatives and corporate un-America while the same middle class pay the taxes evaded by the rich who buy our representatives with our tax $! The entire picture would change if the playing field were were leveled. The US economy, contrary to the lies and greed of our mis-representatives & corporate un-America would become healthy and vibrant as Greenspan claimed the banking industry was in 2005. A banking industry paying 2% on a $50,000 CD isn't vibrant, it's ridiculous.

A family of four living on minimum wage doesn't have $50,000 and is in fact a family living in poverty. These people aren't being represented! These people don't have access to the internet, uneducated, & in many cases don't even read the paper. These people living in poverty without health insurance are part of a problem corporate un-America and our mis-representatives have created while profiting which is in turn dragging US down.

Four of 37,000,000 Americans living in poverty along with 45 million without health insurance. You can be sure our mis-representatives at the expense of have these 37 & 45 million Americans have $50,000 not necessarily in a CD. $50,000 invested in a corporation enjoying tax incentives thanks to the generosity of our mis-representatives! $50,000 or more invested and earning 15% + should the generosity of our mis-representatives pan out. The vacation and other perks through the Washington lobby as with taxpayer provided pay, health care, & retirement nothing compared to $ made in the market!

The Senate again refused to raise minimum wage recently while congress has been told to raise borrowing authority. Now capped at $8.18 trillion the US could face the prospect of not being able to pays it's bills by early next year. Many of these same representatives are millionaires paid tax $ by people who can't afford to feed their children, health care, college, and retirement. Our representatives of millionaire status have that all sewed up. What does a poor kid going to Iraq with a good possibility of dying for all the wrong reasons need retirement for?

A poor kid is just another generation who will do the work, pay the taxes, & fight the wars started by the rich, another generation of mis-representatives, corporate un-America, & the power elite who will enjoy the spoils.

What would the US economic picture look like if minimum wage were a living wage? How much money would be spent by people who now live in poverty verses drawing welfare through government programs. Government programs costing taxpayers who would have & spend $ on the economy yet pay more in taxes to support these same government programs. People who pay more in taxes to support these government programs and absorb the taxes evaded by corporate un-America through campaign contributions and the Washington lobby.

It's compounding, like interest in a savings account. It's actually the opposite because it takes away spending power from the people who pay our representatives who in turn take $ from corporate un-America in return for political favors which cost taxpayers $ they would be spending on the economy or saving while Social Security goes broke.  Social Security is in fact nothing but a hidden income tax, a ruse by the same representatives who are in the pocket of corporate un-America while making out like a bandit.

Look closely, you pay the taxes evaded by corporate un-America taking away from your spending power which hurts the economy corporate and our mis-representatives  claim they need tax breaks for in order to provide jobs to the people who pay all their taxes. If corporations earned their $ through hard work instead of cheating US they would earn more $ through taxpayer spending. It's all becoming evident as with automakers in lowering the cost of autos in 2007. If corporate un-America would take a good look at this they would see the same result in taxpayers keeping more of their own $ rather than paying taxes evaded through the buyout of our mis-representatives. Our mis-representatives as with the Delay Abramoff situation is a perfect example!

We as the taxpayers who support this nation deserve a little respect and we damn sure don't need the lies Washington DC spews out at the boss, US! .

If we weren't spending so much time working for a non-living wage, earning $ to pay their taxes we would have time and more $ to spend on the economy so corporate wouldn't have to beg! The problem is begging in Washington DC is an art form. It's easier to beg than to earn a living the American way, working! Corporate un-America and our mis-representatives have created a nation of beggars & doing so at a profit at the expense of the American people who are not only paying for it all but dying to do so in Iraq!

Ironically Washington DC, our mis-representatives, & corporate un-America have created an ally to terrorist in our nation's capital at the expense of America and the American people who refuse to think without the line of crap our employees are feeding US!

Several of our representatives are under investigation for insider trading, campaign finance violations, a President losing support and the trust of the people, Vice President and staff under the scope for national security leaks, homeland security years after 9/11 a complete failure just as security before 9/11. Rep. Randy Cunningham, R-California pleaded guilty to accepting $2.4 million from defense contractors. Top Senators and Congressmen are under the scope for campaign finance discrepancies & insider trading.

Not one corporation in America would or could continue on this course yet these same corporations bleed the American people and US for every penny they can with no thought of what this is doing to America. We cannot as a nation expect to win a war against terrorist when our mis-representatives in Washington are an ally to those same terrorist through mis-management, proficient incompetence & greed.

Billions of tax $ wasted through pork barrel spending by our representatives who we pay a fine salary. health care, & retirement which We the People are losing more of everyday! Billions of $ in tax cuts and incentives given to un-American corporations in return for campaign contributions and gifts through the Washington lobby. Mis-representatives, many of millionaire status & how do they make that $? Insider trading? Are the people we elect to represent U.S. making $ though the stock market due to tax cuts & incentives given to un-American corporations and then cashing in on the stock market as profits are realized? Taxes evaded by un-American corporations, absorbed by individual taxpayers. 50% of income taxes once paid by corporations now paid by We the People, individuals, due to campaign contributions and influence through the Washington lobby.

Are the American people being taken in the greatest scam ever imagined. Taken by the people we elect through the same democracy we are promoting in Iraq while Americans are making the ultimate sacrifice in the belief they are doing so patriotically! I often wonder why or how a people of a nation considered the greatest in the world sit by and do nothing while the future of the nation deteriorates into poverty while supporting corporate welfare. 37,000,000 Americans living in poverty, over 45 million without health insurance!

The American Revolution, just a couple hundred years ago has lost all meaning. The battle cry of the American people isn't what it used to be. "Give me liberty or give me death" has been replaced with "there's nothing you can do." America has grown and expanded in the past two hundred + years but we have allowed corporate welfare and mis-management by our representatives to build upon a foundation which cannot support this once great nation. A nation cannot continue to take away from the average working class to the point of poverty, send those people to die in war to liberate others and establish democracy and expect the same taxpayer to support those who profit through that sacrifice while democracy is failing here in America.

While waste is a major problem in the U.S. it is only part of the problem. I will try and point out on both this site and in the upcoming book some of that waste but also what I consider fraud. Fraud by our mis-representatives and corporate un-America through the same democratic process we would stuff down the throats of other nations while blowing them back to the stone age with a military paid for by the same people being sold a bill of goods, U.S.  Democracy evolved into a democratic dictatorship run by the power elite: corporate, political, & military.

While one has to believe democracy is a fair form of government compared to other governments it would be foolish to believe everything we're told by people we pay a fine salary, retirement, & health care while We the People lose all the same. We pay these representatives and expect no less than our employers expect from us as employees yet as the boss-employer we are losing more everyday. If the nation were run as the corporations with profit for the stockholders, {U.S.} as a main objective would we allow our employees to give all the tax cuts and incentives to the corporations that contribute to the campaigns of politicians who are paid by U.S. yet make U.S. citizens pay all the taxes evaded through those campaign contributions?

Individual property taxes continue to soar while corporations & agri-business pay less. Recently our representatives have allowed a rule in favor of public government: city, county, state, or federal in the takeover of private property as long as it is for public use. It isn't enough that your property taxes continue to climb while corporate un-America contribute to the campaigns of our representatives in return for tax cuts and incentives which We the People absorb, we lose more rights everyday through the actions of our employees.

Our employees {representatives} are failing U.S. miserably while they profit along with corporate un-America for at our expense!

Social Security, Medicare, Medicaid, $ for education & health care all going away while corporations buy our representatives and outsource for profit while promoting low wages and illegal immigration.

America: Empire? Or the Greatest Lie Ever Lived! When I had an editor look over my manuscript I was told I was writing over the average American's head. I was writing at an 11 and 12 grade level when the average American reads at a 4th and 5th grade level! I'm not a college graduate, I felt I was writing far below a level I needed to. While education in America is lacking funding, the same people who can't read above a 5th grade level are doing all the work and paying all the taxes.

All things important to the American people come up short of funding yet our representatives are millionaires and the campaign contributors and rich who buy them through the Washington Lobby reap all the benefits through our sacrifice in work and blood {IRAQ}. The American people have a saying when referring to government waste or political corruption, "there's nothing you can do." When I think of the pride Americans act like they have I'm surprised they so willingly allow our representatives to manipulate We The People into prostituting ourselves to the tune of almost 40% of gross earnings. For whatever reason we allow our employees to accept money from corporations and the rich and in return give our representation away while We The People do the work, pay the taxes, send our loved ones to die, and do whatever our employees tell us to do. You have someplace to go {www.nextrevolution.net} but it won't happen unless We The People take a damn good look at what's happening to America and decide to do something about it!
I believe people resort to this un-American saying and follow this foolish leadership because we really have no place to go with our concerns. Call your representative, that's a joke. An auto responder or Senators aide isn't my idea of representation.

Everyday there is another scandal {Idaho Statesman, 11-16-03, Fund scandal gaining momentum} or example of why and how our government is failing yet we do nothing. Enron, World Com, and how many others have come and gone just as wars like Vietnam and now Iraq! The American people need to focus on our government failings and do something about it. Do you want your loved ones to die in Iraq just because the fool we elected turned out to be a mad man.
If the people in education want funding why don't they prove the value of education! Teach the American people history, history in the making. Teach the children how our government accepts campaign contributions and gifts through the Washington lobby and send them home to their parents with questions as to why this is happening. Teach them that their parents work the first 2&1/2 hours a day to pay their taxes yet they can't have health care and $ for education. Teach them the truth about American politics and how we pay the taxes corporate America evades through campaign contributions. Teach the children of America about the way we absorb the taxes when American companies buy our representatives through campaign contributions while they move out of country to hire cheap labor and take American jobs with them. Teach the children of America about the high tech jobs going out of country { Idaho Statesman, 11-14-03, Millions of U.S. tech jobs could follow low costs to India}, send those concerns home to parents with their children and you will make people realize they are being cheated by their government.

If the American people want their children to have the things they were given through the American revolution and all the wars since that time they better accept reality, everyday is a battle for freedom and all we've been given cannot be taken for granted. Continue to do nothing and live by that saying " there's nothing you can do" and nothing is exactly what your children will inherit from you. The disrespect we show the American Veterans by doing nothing after all they've given us should be taught to every America child in hope they will realize the freedom we enjoy isn't guaranteed, it was given us through the sacrifice of real Americans, NOT POLITICIANS and CORPORATE AMERICA.

Your vote used to be your voice in America but un-American corporate influence and the rich have stolen your representation through campaign contributions and the Washington lobby. United States mis-representatives elected by the people who sell out the American People, Americans Veterans who made sacrifices beyond imagination, and America herself need to be made an example of and held accountable. Starting with the White House.
The people who have taken an oath to serve We The People and obviously betrayed us for $$$ need to be held accountable and in some cases should be charged with treason!!!

We would be a land of fools to send Americans to die in Iraq or anywhere in the world to develop a democracy when the democracy in which we live is such an obvious failure and corrupt joke!

Guilty As Charged - Bush Contradicts The American Justice System
Innocent until proven guilty according to the American justice
system unless the accusations come from the White House. How can the
American people allow Bush to continue to use the
White House for his personal agenda?

Bush and company took their claims of WMD, nuclear weapons, &
connections to terrorist involved in the WTC attack to the UN but the
rest of the world wouldn't swallow the load of crap, lies, & bogus
intelligent reports. America's representatives & the American people so
hell bent on revenge allowed Bush to drag America in murder without just
cause.

We The People are now just as guilty as bin Laden, killing thousands
of innocent people! Americans are so brainwashed they are unwilling to
admit the wrong in the war in Iraq and now go along with Bush in that
Saddam was an evil doer and had to be removed.

That's right he was an evil SOB but that wasn't why we went to war
and that wasn't what Bush and company took to the UN in hopes of support
in a war with Iraq. In America an individual can't go down to the
neighbors house and shoot him because he had a gun and was in that
individual's mind a threat. There are thousands of murders in U.S.
prisons who wouldn't be there if everyone had the same get out of jail
free card the President of the USA has. While Governor, Bush killed more
Texas death row inmates than ever before but when he is the murderer on
a much larger scale it's no longer a crime.

The reality is the American people are accessories to murder, hypocrites
because Bush and company represent We The People and we continue to do
nothing. Worse yet young Americans are dying every day and we allow it
to go on. History will be our judge. In America if an individual is in
the company of a friend and that friend kills someone that individual is
just as guilty of the crime if he does nothing to stop the murder or
report it. The fact that Bush and company have used the U.S. military,
the most powerful military in the world to kill thousands of innocent
people and the claims made on which we killed these people were
unfounded makes this war murder. The American people are being represented by Bush
and company but we are responsible, we can't shirk our responsibilities
and just say "OOPS". We can't change the story after the fact and say
Saddam was an evil man and needed to be removed anyway so it's OK that
we killed all those innocent people.

Bush and company should be charged with war crimes and if the
American people don't step up and demand this we, America should be charged.
The rest of the world didn't join in to remove Saddam because it wasn't
presented that Saddam was killing thousands of Iraq people & history was
repeating itself as when Hitler was in power. Had Bush made that argument we might have had the world backing US!

Look at the White House now, the current administration is surrounded with controversy. Carl Rove, Cheney, and who are involved in leaks, CIA leaks now quiet due to Bush's own admission of guilt. Breaking Constitutional law! This mess isn't going away, we can't leave Iraq, America is a nation without leadership.

America had nothing good to say about these other nations when they wouldn't go along with our
war, threatened to cut foreign aid to any country that didn't back us,but as it turned out Bush was wrong! There were no WMD, Nuclear Weapons,or terrorist connections to the WTC attack.

The rest of the world should now make the point that Bush and
company have committed war crimes and killed thousands of innocent
people. If the American people don't impeach Bush and demand charges be
bought against him we are in fact just as guilty as Bush because he
represents us, convinced our representatives to use our military, &
continues to spend billions of American $$$ killing when reasons we went
to war are still unfounded. Bush and America are no better than bin
Laden, Saddam, or Hitler and this American isn't going to accept what
Bush has done. I didn't vote for Bush, didn't want this war with Iraq,
and personally believe Bush should be impeached and made to stand trial.

We can't have it both ways, innocent until proven guilty here in
America but OK to use the most powerful military in the world to kill
any time we please. Is it any wonder N. Korea or any other nation feels
threatened by the U.S.? If re-elected who is Bush going to kill next?
The American people are being conned, taken advantage of in every phase
of the game. The economy stinks, America is involved in another war like
Vietnam with Americans dying for all the wrong reasons, and now guilty
of murder with no sense of responsibility. It's all OK because Saddam
was an evil man? Accept that lie America and we'll go down in history as
fools led by a madman. Only in America!

Unions, a needed tool in their time but outlived and abused to the point of doing more harm than good in the 21st century.

There was a time in America when unions were necessary as our representatives weren't doing the job! Worse in 2005 as our representatives are not just shirking their responsibilities in not doing their jobs they're taking pay, retirement, and health care while allowing the taxpayer to absorb taxes evaded by corporations through campaign contributions and the Washington lobby as well as using the taxpayer's against one another. That's right, our representatives are accepting $ from US, accepting $ from corporations, unions, the NRA, & every lobby that can afford a President, Vice President, US Congressman, or Senator, and as far down as mayors who would benefit from this crime.

Look at the Airlines, auto industry, and every form of labor in the US. All going broke while we still pay how much for a new car? How much to fly? Once unions were the answer, people came together resulting in higher wages, benefits, and more. Look what has happened, self destruction and manipulation. Pensions and health care lost!

Don't work so hard you'll cost someone their job. Contracts that gave so much, now breaking corporations and the rest of the American taxpayers lose as we always have in right to work states like Idaho, Nebraska, & others. That's the kind of crap from union members that helped destroy a good thing.

In 2005 every American is paying simply because we're not being represented! Workers all across the nation are losing pensions, union or not. Ajax Tocco Magnethermic Corp. in Warren Ohio for example. The federal Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation, PBGC covers the cost of companies which find a way, many through legal loop holes to NOT pay pensions. The American taxpayer cover lost pensions! What ever the PBGC, being a federal program cannot prove as evasion is now covered by the rest of US!

There are thousands of Americans losing their pensions and not only losing their pensions but paying to lose, paying tax $! Many people don't even think about it but they are paying to cover the cost of lost pension, their own in some cases. The reason they don't think of it is because it is just taxes, doen't come out of your check as PBGC taxes to cover corporate fraud but as Social Security taxes. I have an older brother who lost just a few thousand $ in a small corporate scam in Columbus, NE. but it's the same old story. "There's nothing you can do." The battle cry of America in 2005. It used to be "Give me liberty or give me death."

America should reprint the dollar with "There's nothing you can do" over George Washington. Maybe that would get the attention of the American people, the world. What's that dollar really worth or all about? On the back it says, "In God We Trust." With all the controversy involving religion in government, public places such as parks, in the courts, & on our currency I wonder how. Not so much God but the people we pay to represent US. Better yet, "In The Corporation Which Owns My Representatives We Trust & Lose Our Butt We Trust" How would that look on the dollar?

It's amazing what people will do for these little pieces of paper, tangible or not. stocks, bonds, US Treasury Notes. Corporate un-America buy politicians, politicians buy stock, taxpayer buy it all, unwittingly in more ways than one. The average American is then forced to become what they despise, what has corrupted America and destroyed the American way of life, our hearts twisted and each of US as crooked and willing to lie to get ahead. It doesn't matter as long as you can cheat the next guy out of it, it's yours. When ever someone gets some of this, through the lottery, inheritance, or whatever it doesn't matter because someone will try and take it away. It's human nature. Why then do we convict thieves? Common thieves, not the guys we pay to represent US when they get caught. Greed for more than any one man can ever need, an American way of life brought to America in the beginning, on the first boat. You gotta love it, America the beautiful! LIE!

It's what America is all about, NOT freedom. liberty, justice for all, but the almighty buck! When your loved ones are dying patriotically in Iraq to liberate those poor starving bastards that hate Americans but love your almighty buck ask yourself what happened to my pension, Social Security, Medicare, Medicaid, $ for education, health care, & all the rest of what we're losing more of every day!

Just think, with $8 trillion of these you could pay off the national debt. That is if your dumb enough to think Dubya wouldn't find a way to tax you for it. Understand US government, perpetual waste created & funded by corporate un-America profiting at pennies on the dollar at the expense of the American taxpayer through the buyout of our representatives.
